Led by Nick Riding

Sessions are led by Nick Riding, an accredited UKSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach with extensive experience working across a range of abilities and performance levels. Every session is carefully structured to improve strength, build injury resilience, enhance movement quality, and develop overall physical capacity.

What To Know About Our Group S&C Coaching

Group strength & conditioning classes can have up to a maximum of 4 people.

Our S&C group sessions can be booked for £100. This price covers up to 4 attendees.

The price of the session remains the same regardless of group size. We encourage you to form a group of four to maximise the saving, but even with two or three people, the cost per person is still lower than booking an individual Strength & Conditioning session.

We take payment for the group sessions as one payment. We’re unable to process payments for each attendee individually. 

Your S&C group session will run for 60 minutes.

Yes. While the structure is shared, exercises and loads are adjusted to suit your goals and training history.

Our group Strength & Conditioning sessions take place in our Private Gym space, The Shed, at Active Health Clinics Maidenhead.
