Small group Strength & Conditioning sessions at Active Health Clinics are designed to deliver high-quality, personalised coaching within a focused and supportive environment. With a maximum of four people per session, each participant benefits from individual attention while still enjoying the motivation and energy of a small group setting.
MEET YOUR COACH
Led by Nick Riding
Sessions are led by Nick Riding, an accredited UKSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach with extensive experience working across a range of abilities and performance levels. Every session is carefully structured to improve strength, build injury resilience, enhance movement quality, and develop overall physical capacity.

What To Know About Our Group S&C Coaching
How many people can attend a group session?
Group strength & conditioning classes can have up to a maximum of 4 people.
How much does it cost?
Our S&C group sessions can be booked for £100. This price covers up to 4 attendees.
How much is the session if I don't have a group of 4?
The price of the session remains the same regardless of group size. We encourage you to form a group of four to maximise the saving, but even with two or three people, the cost per person is still lower than booking an individual Strength & Conditioning session.
Do attendees pay individually or as a group?
We take payment for the group sessions as one payment. We’re unable to process payments for each attendee individually.
How long are the group sessions?
Your S&C group session will run for 60 minutes.
Is it personalised if it’s a group session?
Yes. While the structure is shared, exercises and loads are adjusted to suit your goals and training history.
Where are the group session held?
Our group Strength & Conditioning sessions take place in our Private Gym space, The Shed, at Active Health Clinics Maidenhead.
