We know it can be challenging to maintain your fitness routine during the school holidays, and even harder to get back on track once they’re over. That’s why we’re offering exclusive group fitness classes this month with personal trainer Alen Scropetta.

When: Tuesday the 10th, 17th, and 24th of September at 7:15pm

Where: Active Health Clinics Maidenhead in the clinic car park

How long: A 45 minute group fitness session

Fitness level and age: All abilities and age groups welcome!

About the group fitness classes

The session will be highly educational and beneficial no matter where you are at in your own fitness journey.

Whether you’re looking to jump-start your activity levels, refine your technique, or deepen your understanding of fitness and nutrition, these sessions are tailored to meet your needs.

Led by Alen, our expert instructor, each class will guide you through a series of light exercises, including squats, lunges, press-ups, stretching, and a revitalising power walk to cool down. These exercises are carefully chosen to ensure a balanced workout that’s both enjoyable and effective.

What sets our sessions apart is the personalised attention you’ll receive. Alen is dedicated to providing one-on-one guidance to each participant, ensuring that your form and posture are spot on. He’ll work closely with you to understand your unique fitness goals, offering valuable insights and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

Additionally, there’s an opportunity to engage in open discussions with fellow attendees, sharing experiences and tips on all things sports, exercise, and fitness. It’s a fantastic way to connect with like-minded individuals and stay motivated.

As an added bonus, at the end of the session, you’ll have the chance to book a complimentary 15-minute consultation with Alen. This is a perfect opportunity to explore how he can support you further in achieving your personal fitness goals.

What to bring to the session

Please come dressed in comfortable activewear. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a high-protein snack to enjoy after the session.

How much, how many spaces, and how to book

Each session requires just a £5 charitable donation, with limited spaces available for 15 participants. To secure your spot in one of our group fitness classes, you can book online using the button below or contact our friendly reception team directly.

All proceeds from these classes will be donated to Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service. Get fit, move more, and support a great cause at the same time. We will be collecting donations on the day of the session.
