Steve Mullan
Steve Mullan graduated as a chiropractor from the McTimoney Chiropractic College, Abingdon, where he received a degree in chiropractic. He is accredited by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the United Chiropractic Association (UCA).
Having graduated Steve opened his practice within Cookham Medical Centre, providing treatment to referrals from GPs and the general public. After working at the clinic for 5 years Steve wanted to integrate various treatments to provide a service to his patients that can help actively improve their health.
From this ACTIVE HEALTH CLINICS was born.
Steve continues to be an active sportsman. Having played football for the majority of his life he has recently hung up his boots and picked up his running shoes. He conquered the New York Marathon in 2008 and is currently training for the London and Edinburgh Marathons. From this it’s no surprise that he has a keen interest in the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries.
Steve’s approach as a chiropractor is one of holism, treating the cause not just the symptoms, and he achieves this by using a variety of adjustments and techniques.
