Reece Ellery-Masson
Reece is passionate about exercise and self-care, firmly believing they are the foundations of a healthy and happy body. As a dedicated runner, rower, and all-round fitness enthusiast, he not only embraces these principles in his daily life but also uses his personal experiences to guide and inspire others.
Reece graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Worcester in 2022. Since qualifying, he has gained valuable hands-on experience working with Newbury Town Football Club and Rams Rugby Club, honing his skills and expanding his knowledge in a variety of sporting environments.
His interest in Sports Therapy was born out of his own journey through injury, particularly during his time as a powerlifter. After undergoing surgery and a lengthy recovery, Reece developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional toll injuries can take. This experience fuels his drive to help others avoid unnecessary pain and discomfort, while also supporting them in regaining their confidence and reaching their full potential.
For Reece, Sports Therapy is more than just rehabilitation; it’s about empowering clients to take control of their health and wellbeing. Whether it’s alleviating pain, improving performance, or fostering resilience, Reece is dedicated to helping every individual he works with thrive in their active pursuits and everyday life.
