About Jatinder
Jatinder has been practising Osteopathy for almost 4 years post graduate. He chose Osteopathy because as a footballer he used to suffer from Osgood Schlatter’s Disease (a knee condition many teenagers suffer from) throughout his teens and he saw an Osteopath for 1 session and the problem went away. This made him want to dive further into why it went away and how.

Treatment Philosophy / Approach to Care
Jatinder adopts a comprehensive, hands-on, and holistic approach to patient care. He conducts thorough assessments that include assessing spinal mobility, nerve function, reflex responses, and blood pressure, enabling him to develop a well-rounded understanding of each individual patient. This detailed evaluation allows him to tailor treatment plans that address not only symptoms but also the underlying causes of discomfort or dysfunction. Jatinder also speaks Punjabi, making him accessible to patients who feel more comfortable communicating in their first language.
Working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment, Jatinder actively collaborates with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients benefit from a coordinated and integrated approach to their care. When appropriate, he provides internal referrals to colleagues within the team, supporting a seamless patient journey toward improved health and wellbeing.
His overarching goal is to guide each patient onto a sustainable path to wellness, empowering them with the knowledge, treatment, and support needed to achieve long-term health outcomes.

Outside of his professional life, Jatinder plays semi-professional football for Bedfont FC, and is also an active member of the British Indian Allied Health Professionals Association (BIAHPA), where he serves on the committee as Executive Co-Lead for the Independent Sector.
Outside the Clinic
Jatinder is a huge Arsenal fan and massive football lover. He also loves his wife! Apart from playing football and spending time with his wife, he likes to go running and loves Kinder chocolate.
