About Grzegorz

Greg Nowak is an experienced physiotherapist who has been helping patients move better and feel better since 2007. He graduated from the University of Rzeszow in Poland, where he also completed his master’s degree in physiotherapy.

His journey into physiotherapy started with a personal setback—a knee injury during his time playing professional football. Going through rehabilitation himself sparked a real passion for helping others recover, rebuild strength and get back to doing what they love.

After working in Poland for a couple of years, Greg moved to the UK in 2010. Since then, he has worked closely with chiropractors, osteopaths and fellow physiotherapists, building a well-rounded, hands-on approach to care.
