Winnersh Triangle Clinic NOW OPEN!

Introducing Our Newest Clinic

Active Health Clinics newest clinic is now officially open! We’ve opened our doors to the public and gym members within the elite performance facility Move HQ, located in Winnersh Triangle business park.

We’re particularly thrilled to have a clinic in Move HQ as it provides us with an incredible opportunity to treat alongside a like minded team who believe in the importance of moving well, often and in the right way.

A huge benefit of having a clinic here is that it allows our team to use the facility’s expert equipment to aid our patients in their recovery. Being based here truly revolutionises the level of care and attention we’re able to offer you inside and outside the treatment rooms.

We’ll be able to take you through rehabilitation exercises, stretches and techniques in a space designed to give you all the room you need to move. We’ll also have access to specialist rehabilitation equipment such as the AlterG treadmill. This allows patients to move in new ways and without pain – to recover mobility, improve wellness, and enhance physical performance.

About The Clinic

You’ll find our clinic situated on the 2nd floor of MoveHQ (Don’t worry, there’s an accessible lift available for when your back is playing up). Here you’ll find our 3 brand new state of the art treatment rooms, a comfortable open plan waiting room and Move HQ’s modern cafe and lounge area where you can grab yourself a coffee if you have a bit of spare time beforehand.

Getting here couldn’t be easier – the business park has its own dedicated train station (Winnersh Triangle), regular bus routes from Reading and almost direct access by car from the M4 J10.There’s also plenty of onsite parking available. So getting a space will not be a problem.

Nutritional Therapy

Laura will be available at Winnersh for nutritional therapy appointments. Laura’s philosophy is based on the belief that by understanding how foods affect your energy, mood and general wellbeing, you can make changes to your health that are sustainable and achievable. Laura uses Functional Medicine principles to get to the root cause of health issues for each client, and then creates a tailored programme, teaching them how to understand food and its impact on health.
