Treatment Philosophy / Approach to Care
Reece’s approach is rooted in empowering patients to take an active role in their own recovery. Rather than relying solely on passive treatment, he prioritises education — giving patients the tools, self-awareness, and body knowledge to understand what’s happening and why. This is combined with a strong emphasis on active rehabilitation, targeting weak spots, building resilience, and guiding patients through a recovery process that creates lasting results rather than short-term relief.
